The phone appears to be alongside several flagship phones from other brands. The image vaguely shows an off-white device with a circular camera module that resembles the design of last year's Xiaomi 13 Ultra.

We first saw the Xiaomi 14 Ultra in early January thanks to a series of hands-on images. A previous leak highlighted a larger camera island and Leica branding.
The Xiaomi 14 Ultra is expected to feature a quad rear camera setup consisting of four 50-megapixel cameras. The camera can be equipped with the latest 1-inch Sony LYT900 sensor as the main camera with an aperture of f/1.63. It is expected to have a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with 2K resolution and 120Hz refresh rate.
The Xiaomi 14 Ultra, like the Xiaomi 14 and Xiaomi 14 Pro, is expected to use a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor. It would have slightly curved displays and an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner for authentication. The phone is backed by a 5,180 mAh battery with 90W wired charging support and 50W wireless charging support.
Xiaomi recently announced the global launch date of the Xiaomi 14 series. The phones will be unveiled on February 25 in Barcelona, before MWC.
