Donna Kelce And Chiefs Stars Trey Smith, Creed Humphrey And Tommy Townsend Appear Alongside Rapper Tech N9ne In Bizarre Trailer For 'holiday' Movie 'Falling For Football'

The Kansas City Chiefs have released the trailer for Falling for Football, a star-studded holiday film starring Donna Kelce and Chiefs stars Trey Smith, Creed Humphrey, and Tommy Townsend.

Hip-hop artist Tech N9ne also has a cameo in the upcoming film, which appears to be about a Kansas City columnist whose previous engagement ended after his former partner skipped the wedding after buying guaranteed tickets to a Chiefs show.

Amber, played by Janelle Parrish, finds herself at a crossroads when she falls for Ben, who works at the Chiefs gift shop and is also a huge fan. The main male role was played by Canadian actor Tyler Haynes.

Tech N9ne is the first star to appear in the trailer, performing an acoustic version of "Red Kingdom". The song was released as the Chiefs' fight song for Super Bowl LVII, where they won the title against the Philadelphia Eagles.

Later, lead actor Tommy Townsend appears as Amber's hairdresser. "Your love may be messy, but your hair is perfect," says Townsend.

Donna Kells plays a waitress in the Chiefs' holiday film, Falling for Football.

The film also features Kansas City stars Trey Smith and Creed Humphrey in a restaurant scene

Donna Kells, the miserly mother of Travis Kells, is the voice of Amber. The mother of two NFL stars on opposing teams plays the waitress who tells him, "The heart can be in two places at once."

In the same scene, guard Trey Smith eats in the cafeteria while forward Creed Humphrey plays at dinner.

The trailer ends with Amber meeting Ben at the Chiefs in an empty Arrowhead Stadium as he gets into the postseason spirit.

The Chiefs released a poster and 27-second teaser for "The Clock Apart" on social media on Tuesday, which had fans cheering.

The film's tagline, "Here's the Postseason," refers to Taylor Swift's 2020 song, "Here's the Damn Season." Swift's relationship with Kelsey made headlines all season and attracted many of her fans to the Chiefs.

After losing their first game of the season, the Chiefs won six straight to finish the regular season 11-6.

Kansas City still managed to finish first in the AFC West and will start the postseason in the wild card round with the Miami Dolphins.
