ASUS is no stranger to experimenting with the latest technology, and we've already seen the company testing dual-screen laptops in the form of the Zenbook Pro Duo. The Zenbook Pro Duo's second screen is about half the size of the primary screen, and while it's arguably more useful, it's still an extra screen. But now the company is launching the Lenovo Yoga Book 9i, adding two full-screen displays to the new Zenbook Duo laptop.

The new ASUS Zenbook Duo (2024) UX8406 ​​was announced at CES 2024 and features two 14-inch 3K OLED touchscreens with a frequency of 120 Hz and an aspect ratio of 16:10. The touchscreens are connected by a 180-degree hinge and have a stand.

A full-size Bluetooth keyboard with a removable touchpad brings you back to the traditional laptop look. The second screen has pins and magnets that make it easy to attach the keyboard. You can use this device in different user modes: laptop, dual monitor, desktop (side-by-side display in portrait orientation) or shared (landscape orientation).

You can buy the Zenbook Duo in a configuration with an Intel Core Ultra 9 H-series processor, 32 GB of LPDDR5X memory, a 2 TB PCIe 4.0 SSD and a 75 watt-hour battery. The laptop has also been tested for durability according to US MIL-STD-810H standards. For I/O, you get two Thunderbolt 4 ports, a USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A port, an HDMI 2.1 port, and a 3.5mm audio jack.
