According to a recent survey by Gallup, 55% of professionals are "mixers," who prefer a job that better balances their daily work and life.

After a year of uncertainty and ups and downs in Europe's tech industry, with new company hiring falling by 30% to 50% this year and wage growth falling by nearly 50% from 2022, according to HR technology firm Ravio, workers want it too.
