Tech Giants Keeping A Close Eye On Disability App Snowball
The app that helps people find accessible places, restaurants, bars and other businesses is getting better and better thanks to feedback from around the world.
Snowball allows users to rate and rank businesses based on their accessibility for people with disabilities. The success did not go unnoticed and the company negotiated with big tech giants like Google and Microsoft. These companies are interested in doubling the ice and helping to promote accessibility for people with disabilities.
This support will give Snowball a tremendous boost as it provides access to resources and experience that can help the company grow and reach more people. Founder and entrepreneur Simon Sansom aims to reach 200,000 reviews with the app, which is available free for Apple and Android.
He said: “Snowball is simply a trip advisor to the disability community. It helps people get involved in their own community, plan their day and free time, and gives them the confidence to socialize with ease.”
