SkateBIRD Arrives On PlayStation With New Content Update

SkateBIRD, the skateboarding simulator where you play as a bird on a tech platform, finally came to PlayStation in June with free content updates across all platforms.

SkateBIRD is coming to PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 on June 1, 2023. Today a new update will also arrive on the other platforms where SkateBIRD is available: Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, Xbox Series X and PC via Steam, Itch.io and Amazon Luna.

Become legendary bird skier Anthony Hawk and turn your deck in ski simulator on some of the greatest maps ever created. Anthony Hawk has been away for a while, but that won't stop him from performing beautiful screw-ups and hypnotizing other birds with his peacock tricks. As Anthony Hawk, take on the herd and help them climb to the top.

With the return of Anthony Hawk, the ambitious youngsters are following suit. Capture Anthony Hawk's best spinning moments with the new Selfie-Stick Camera mode. The Selfie-Stick Camera mode features an adjustable table and shooting angle, allowing gamers to control their shots.

Anthony Hawke can quickly fill up his FANCY meter with a combination of tricks, grinds, and backsliding with no guarantees. Spin 720 degrees, complete combos and complete missions as you reach for the sky with endless combo options.

Players can also use SkateBIRD's various customization options. Set the mood for a session with enough options to suit every birder's taste. Swap the headgear, type and color of the birds and the good old glasses to unlock new graphics and wheels for even more vivid combos.
