This 200 MP camera may in fact be worth the praise.
The year 2022 is coming to an end, which means that 2023 smartphones are about to meet in the flesh. One of the most anticipated releases is the Galaxy S23 series, which is sure to be one of the top contenders for the best Android phones of the coming year. We've heard a few rumors about internal specs and wild exterior design changes (or lack thereof), but one of the loudest rumors is the massive camera upgrade coming to the Galaxy S23 Ultra. Note that the main rear camera sensors of the Galaxy S22 Ultra and Google Pixel 7 Pro have a resolution of 108 and 50 MP, respectively. The Galaxy S23 Ultra, on the other hand, is expected to come with a 200MP sensor, which would technically allow it to record more detailed images.
In terms of color reproduction, the S23 Ultra is similar to the Galaxy S22 Ultra, but if that's really noticeable - it's still months before the announcement, so we have to take it with a grain of salt - the phone was already working. - Released software, which means there is still room for improvement.
The Galaxy S23 Ultra is expected to be announced early next year as part of Samsung's Galaxy S23 series, but we won't have to wait long before the next big development is in our hands.
