Images Reveal Xiaomi 13 Will Look Much Different Than Its 'Pro' Sibling

Earlier today, Xiaomi 13 Pro design was unveiled with CAD-based rendering. Well, even the Xiaomi 13 design has just been revealed with a series of images. The fact is that Xiaomi 13 will be very different from its fellow Pro.

This is a bit of a surprise since the two phones usually look the same but have different screen sizes and curves. Well, this time Xiaomi seems to have decided to change something.

These images are also from @OnLeaks as they partnered with CompareDial to share them. Unlike Xiaomi 13 Pro, Xiaomi 13 will have a flat screen and flat sides.

The bezels on this phone will look quite thin and uniform. However, this is still under discussion. Three cameras are located at the back in a rather strange way. Two sensors are much larger than the third.

The camera island of the phone is located in the upper left corner, while the Xiaomi brand is on the same side, but at the bottom. However, the back of the phone will not be smooth, unlike the front and sides.

Vanilla Xiaomi 13 will have a 6.2-inch display

This phone is said to have a 6.2-inch display. The on-screen camera hole will be centered at the top. It looks like Xiaomi will use glass on the back of the phone.

What about its size? Well, the leaker claims that the Xiaomi 13 will measure 152.8 x 71.5 x 8.3mm (10.3mm with the camera bump). Thus, it will be significantly smaller than its Pro counterpart.

Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 is also expected to power Xiaomi 13. Xiaomi 13 series is expected to be launched later this year in China. It is expected to enter global markets in early 2023.
