Never use cables

Stick with Commando and use wireless chargers instead of USB whenever possible. More and more public kiosks are using wireless charging. This method does not exchange data directly with your phone and is therefore virus-free by default.

Do not use a data cable

If you really need juice , use a USB port with a suitable cable. Only take Pay TV with you when you travel. They are cheap, compact and do not allow data transfer. If you think about it, what I meant was “do”.

Do not select the "Trust" option.

New phones are smart enough to be alert to unknown USB connections. (Some people might learn a thing or two.) You'll be asked if you want to "Trust this device" or "Share data."

Always say “no” to these options when traveling! Both allow malware to share information between your phone and charging hardware. Select "Paid Options Only." If this is not possible, continue your journey.
