Chamber members can nominate or represent themselves, and citizens are encouraged to nominate themselves. Written requests must be received by February 10, 2024 and addressed to: Atlanta Judicial Commission at Von A. DuBose, Esq. 75 14th Street, NE, Suite 2110, Atlanta, GA 30309 The candidate must be at least 25 years of age, a resident of the city of Atlanta for one year prior to appointment, and must be admitted to practice law in the state. Georgia for at least five years. The committee will send each applicant an application and a letter outlining deadlines and procedures. The list of candidates is public information and is available upon request. The Committee welcomes submissions from organizations or individuals familiar with the specific qualifications, experience and skills of any candidate, but does not recommend blanket letter-writing campaigns in favor of a candidate.
