Jamie Campbell's Big Dad Energy Coming To Elgin Fringe Fest Sept. 810

In the midst of a national tour, famed Big Dad Energy comedian Jimmy Campbell will stop in Elgin as part of this year's Fringe Festival.

The show was recently filmed as a streaming special, toured the US and garnered awards and rave reviews.

It's a show about parenting, hosted by a guy who doesn't have kids.

Campbell says most people think he's a father because he feels like one, but in reality he doesn't have children. Perfect for anyone who grew up in the 80s and 90s, Campbell's pop culture nostalgia and humorous introspection will resonate across genres and millennials in a series perfect for those who grew up in the 80s and 90s.

During his speech, he explained in detail what it means to marry when one reaches middle age and realizes that they will soon end parenthood. This is a series about parenting a child who is not a father.

Campbell's Big Daddy Energy has been a hit in several cities: it was named "Best Comedy" and "Best Country Show" at this year's Fringe Festival in Tucson and, most recently, "Best Show in Washington."
