Lenovos Legion Go Is A Gaming Laptop In Handheld Form

Lenovos Legion Go Is A Gaming Laptop In Handheld Form

Lenovo Today it launched its first portable gaming device for Windows. , legion, go . The Steam Deck Mobile console runs standard PC games on its compact screen and includes several detachable Nintendo Switch-style controllers. It will join other Legion-branded products when the company announces the new product at IFA 2023 in Berlin.

The Lenovo Legion Go starts at $700. It has an 8.8-inch QHD+ PureSight gaming display with a 16:10 aspect ratio. On the Lenovo laptop, the PureSight display switches between color profiles based on the content you're viewing, although it's unclear if this works the same way on the Legion Go. Maximum brightness is 500 nits, slightly brighter than a portable vaporizer . The screen also supports adjustable resolutions between 1600p and 800p, and you can switch between 144Hz and 60Hz refresh rates if you want to save battery, for example. The device has a 49.2W battery which is slightly larger than Steam Deck and Asus ROG Alley. Lenovo has included a fast charging feature that lets you charge the battery to 70% in half an hour.

Legion Go is available with an AMD Ryzen Z1 Extreme processor and up to 16 GB of RAM. You can choose up to 1 TB of storage and an optional expansion slot is also available for up to 2 TB of additional space. It's good to see the options out there.

I grab Legion Go and feel what it's like to sit on the couch with it. Legion Go's hall-effekt joystick means "minimum dead zone" and even knocks the Nintendo Switch by saying "the joystick doesn't slide". The controller has a built-in trackpad, D-pad, angled mouse wheel and ten customizable shoulder, trigger and hold buttons. I was amazed at how easily my thin fingers could fit into them. Both controllers can be removed from the screen, and the right controller can be used as a mouse to accelerate games such as first-person shooters.

As a gaming device, the Legion Go has two USB Type-C ports for simultaneous charging and connecting accessories. There is also Wi-Fi 6E compatibility and Bluetooth 5.2 compatibility for your favorite smart headphones.

If you want to use the Legion Go in semi-public areas like airplanes, you can grab the Legion Go glasses for an additional $330. The glasses have a large privacy screen inside the lenses. They feature Full HD resolution, a 60 Hz refresh rate and built-in speakers. Legion Glasses are compatible with most Windows, Android and Apple USB-C devices.

If handsets aren't your thing, Lenovo has announced the Legion 9i with integrated liquid cooling. The Legion 9i's faux carbon fiber case is one of the nicest looking laptops I've ever seen. The laptop is the first 16-inch device in the Lenovo ecosystem and the first to feature an independent cooling system developed in part by Cooler Master. The cooling system has three fans and an air conditioning system with its own air conditioner.

The Legion 9i features a Lenovo PureSight MiniLED display with a refresh rate of up to 165Hz. It is powered by a 13th Gen Intel Core i9-13980HX processor with 64GB of RAM and you can get an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 laptop GPU. With RGB backlighting on each key, the Lenovo keyboard is ready for customization. It is paired with a 99.99Wh battery that can be charged via a 330W charger or a 140W USB-C power bank. The Legion 9i will be available in October starting at $4,400.

Sequoiabacked Insurance Tech Startup SureIn Just Raised $4.4 Million In Seed Funding With This 13slide Pitch Deck
  • German insurance technology startup SureIn has just raised $4.4 million in a funding round.
  • The Company provides insurance to small and medium-sized businesses through Sequoia's Arc program.
  • We got an exclusive glimpse of the 13-slide presentation that was used to raise the new funds.

German insurance technology startup SureIn has raised $4.4 million in new funding.

Founded in 2021, the Berlin-based company and part of Sequoia's Arc program aims to make insurance policy management easier and cheaper for small businesses. Current small business insurance options are often based on a one-size-fits-all approach.

"I've spent a lot of time as an investor and in the insurance industry and I've seen that insurers don't have a clear approach to SMEs and that a large percentage of them are not satisfied with the current coverage," said Daniel Dirks co-founder. . and CEO of SureIn. WITHIN

"Our approach combines capabilities from different models to help organizations understand their risk levels and tailor insurance coverage."

SureIn works with around a thousand small businesses in the hospitality and retail sectors and plans to serve other sectors such as healthcare in the future. SureIn, through its app, collects information directly from companies to analyze their risk levels before comparing different insurance products and options to provide companies with the combinations available.

The broader insurance technology market has been challenging over the past year as venture capital funding in the sector has fallen sharply this year to 2018 levels. "This financing was not easy and many tourism investors have left the market," added Dirkes. "But this is a huge market opportunity, so we've proven the appeal of our work with good market viability numbers for our products and strong unit economics to start a competitive cycle."

The SureIn funding round was led by Pact VC with backers Koro Capital, Robin Capital and angel investors.

The seed funding will be used to expand the company's product line and technical staff, as well as expand the functionality of the SureIn platform.

Famous Rappers Name Their Favorite Underrated Rappers

Famous Rappers Name Their Favorite Underrated Rappers

As we celebrate 50 years of hip hop, rightly so... the genre's many heroes are celebrated. What about unsung heroes? What about those rappers who are good enough to be great but don't get the break they deserve, or the timing isn't right, who look the wrong way when Lady Luck smiles?

Instead of voting for who we think is the best underrated rapper , that doesn't mean we won't do some great work, right? We asked hip-hop musicians. We've rounded up a bunch of rappers you 've heard of to support those who haven't yet.

More from the game:

CPD

I don't think any rapper is underrated.

I like to ignore!

Some of the best people to do this are Reggie Reg from The Crash Crew! Lil Rodney C from Funky Four Plus One and Double Trouble. These guys have amazing voices and an unmatched flow!

Sha-Rock by Fun Four Plus One More. His voice and flow are unmatched and are not mentioned when talking about new and innovative rappers!

SHE'S THE FIRST FEMALE RAPPER ON TV!!! Damn legend!

Strong island crazy boy! Joel had his own style and flow long before these mainstream commercial rappers came along.

The way he puts words together is so creative and innovative! It's very good! Stay in peace!!!

Jermaine Dupree

My favorite underrated rapper is Curren$y. Although he took a different path, he paved the way for more like-minded rappers. It is very insidious. It's the same thing, the same thread and the same level of arrogance. It's more interesting than anyone would like.

NLE Choppa

My favorite underrated rapper is Gino2x. This man's talent is unmatched, his work ethic is unmatched, everything about him is unmatched! It reminded me a lot of when I first played it, but musically it was way ahead of me! His future is bright!

03 Greed

Everyone hates Koy Lere, but I think his music is very successful.

First I J. Didn't like Cole, but I liked him more. You don't hear it in my country, but he has shown that he has the stamina and ability to stay on top.

A drum kit artist that can be crazy is Whizzy Huncho. Whizzy Huncho is probably the first artist I will include on my next album.

Bun b

My favorite underrated rapper is Baldy James. Consistent high quality work, as well as collaborations with some of the best players in the game, is a credit to his desire to create the best product for himself and his fans.

n9ne technology

King ISO is underrated because I think he is known around the world for his variety of musical styles and the flow that can fit any lyrical situation with the right pace and depth of his musical ideas. More people need to know about this guy and I do my best to let them know.

Monk of Pharaoh

One of my favorite underrated rappers is Inspector Rhyme MC Percy P. I met him at the High School of Art and Design. The dignified home of late Mobb Deep prodigy Kwame and my organized confusion partner Prince Kavita. Percy P rods are amazing. His polysyllabic rhymes elevated poetry above anything else on the market at the time. God, we don't even rhyme then. To be honest, my name is Mailbox Man and I help make the bits that rock the host at the dinner table. Percy P has recorded records with the legendary Lord Fiennes and Madlib and will continue to be a reference for those who accompany him on stage.

Joey bra$$

I thought Joey was big a$$. How is that possible? Because like most people in the world he has an incredible talent.

Dean Hitchcock

My favorite underrated rapper... Before I say it, I want everyone I mentioned to know that I meant no disrespect or anything. I've always heard of being insulted and I know how uncomfortable it can be. My favorites are Big KRIT, Peewee Longway and Big Boi. KRIT has one of the best southern rap catalogs of all time He raps on the same level as J Cole with me, plus he produces and produces! easy choice PV Longway is like Atlanta's unsung hero. Many of the currents and rhythms used throughout the industry are now borrowed from blue M&Ms. Big Boy is a superstar, a megastar even, but I think he's often underrated because he's been around. Andre is an alien and Big Boy is a monster. It's always like that. I loved the charisma and anchor he brought to The Cast. It gives roots to the plant which must grow to great heights.

More

Rob49 is my favorite underrated rapper, he is a new generation. He has a different voice, airy and slow. Two of my favorite Rob49 songs are "Yes You Did" and "Undefeated".

Pat Traplandia

Some of my favorite underrated rappers are Chief Keef, Fabolous, GT, Drago Beno, Lud Fo, Babyface Ray, Young Nudie, and Kodak Black. All of these artists have a small, but huge influence on modern hip-hop.

saturday

"Underrated" can mean anything to me. I don't think a lot of rappers are overrated, so I think a lot of them are underrated.

I'd pick Mos Def or Yassin Bey, because historically he's always been great; Legendary freestyle, great variety, great voice, great album. He is simply a great historical figure to be respected.

And he's still better than most rappers. It seemed to me that the older a man is, the more he has. A good career as an actor. Yes, I'll go with Yasin. Can we catch it? Available? What can we include in this project?

Mavin

Ruler Drak also. He has his own lexicon: He brought a fresh coat of paint to the Los Angeles scene. Mr. Until his death, Duff had a huge impact on rap. It changed the terms they used in rap, it changed the aesthetic of South Central LA rap... it was a huge influence in that way. He's So Clever: He raps from the point of view of the Sly Devil, the Purple Devil Emoji.

Architect Eric

I think my favorite underrated rapper was Big Pon. I think when he died at 28, even though he was only able to release two studio albums, he still showed a lot of original talent, and I'm sure that wasn't exactly promoted in hip-hop. Of course, I've always shared his love of comics (The Punisher) and it's reflected in his narrative writing, charisma and puns. I love how he portrays New York from the perspective of a late 90s city boy. As a Brooklynite, I don't have an entirely accurate idea of what it was like to live in the Bronx (the mecca of hip-hop). Baby and Poon really answered a lot of questions I had as a child. He has such a fast flow and fast delivery that I think only he can match himself. I think he fell into a deep sleep because he died too soon, but the songs that made us strong are still hits. I think he's the first Latin American solo hip-hop artist to go platinum! Rest in peace, well played.

Malone glasses

LL Cool J was hip-hop's first superstar. A true golden boy of the genre. The list of LL number one countries continues to grow. His war record is outstanding. Consistently, she represents the culture in mainstream eyes with grace and elegance. It is never exhausted, the flow is never sacrificed. Couldn't make it into the top 10 for some reason.

WBO is dirt

My favorite underrated rap artist is OMB PG because he explains his life in a way that most people don't, I feel. The real one understands what he's talking about.

very beautiful

It has to be the E-40, the largest ever built and it survived. Not just Pillars and Kings Bay, but the entire west coast. He is one of the most talented artists we have ever seen and the creator of all the slang and culture we hear and see every day.

Rhyma basta

Marciano Rock. Many are afraid to rhyme with it.

Jura Soup 5

The Grand Pooba Maxwell has what it takes to be a truly great MC! Anything, he can do it, his verses are amazing (see "Masters of Ceremonies" and Nubian label's debut album) style, style, style that he has, his mid-verse changes, songs, feelings, he uses his own. Slang (oh, this guy's a freak, really) he writes for others and he can produce (stop acting) and I won't mention the fact that he's the only reason Tommy Hilfiger made him popular with Hip Boss 90's Hop (it (PUBA baby!!)

Vic Mensah

The most underrated rapper for me is Big L In my opinion, he is one of the most skilled and technically advanced punchlines

Calboy

In my opinion, the most underrated rappers of all time are Atlanta rappers JID and Earthgang, whose bars are often overlooked. Perhaps I will intervene as a foreigner.

Ella J.

My brother J Dilla is one of the most underrated rappers of all time. I think the production is so good that it overshadows the lyrics. Producers at the time, who also rapped, didn't enjoy the love much either. This is somewhat ironic, as it is hip-hop producers who create the image of most rappers whose careers are outside of hip-hop.

Mr. Mix-Many

In my opinion, the most underrated rapper right now is Tech N9ne. He fell asleep because he had been so independent for so long. Excellent skills, multiple sources of income and his business game is very good.

Brian Michael Cox

Redman because it makes the underworld crazy! His skills as a producer are high level and he has achieved success in his own right.

MF Doom is known for his unique style and all the new big players look up to him in awe. People like Kanye, Mos Def and even Drake love MF Doom.

Rising Partisanship In Broadcast News: Virginia Tech Research Reveals Troubling Trends

Rising Partisanship In Broadcast News: Virginia Tech Research Reveals Troubling Trends

A recent study presented at the 17th AAAI International Conference on Internet and Social Media (ICWSM 2023), held June 5-8, 2023 in Cyprus, Greece, examines how information from competing parties, particularly party news outlets like CNN and Fox News, although they have only grown in the past decade, they have also increased political polarization on social media like Twitter. This study was conducted by researchers at Virginia Tech and could help scholars and the public better understand the long-term impact of partisan media coverage on political opinion in the United States and beyond.

“When we talk about language mediated and constantly interpreted by powerful actors, how does that affect conversations about important social issues in society?” said Dr. Eugenia Rowe, assistant professor of computer science at Virginia Tech and co-author of the study. "Careful analysis of such large datasets opens up entirely new avenues for understanding media and its impact."

Dr. Eugenia Ron, associate professor of computer science at Virginia Tech and co-author of the study. (Photo: Virginia Tech/Peter Means)

For the study, researchers analyzed 10 years of closed captioning reports from CNN and Fox News based on data from the Stanford Cable TV News Analyzer and the Internet Archive, as well as tweets from users who follow @ CNN or @FoxNews. mentioned these tags. The team also included keyword searches related to six controversial policy issues; Healthcare; immigration; Racism; Climate change; Black Lives Matter and its acronym BLM; Police.

The researchers noted that the reason television news is used for research is that Americans receive five times more information from television than from print or online media. The team found that Twitter's audience, now known as the X, repeats the language used by their favorite broadcasters within two to three months of analyzing the data, and vice versa.

“Part of the reason for this is the growing decline in cable news viewing,” said Dr. Mike Horning, an assistant professor at Virginia Tech School of Communications, a former journalist and co-author of the study. . “They are in competition with everything on the Internet. How can you get through all this noise? Often the decision becomes more unusual and more difficult. Since television news depends on audiences, the incentive lies in market-driven decisions that may not be democratic.

Dr. Mike Horning, associate professor at Virginia Tech School of Communications, former journalist and co-author of the study. (Photo: Virginia Tech)

The researchers note that this study shows that television media polarization harms rather than promotes democratic debate on social media, and they hope it can help viewers decide what is best for them in their content. media in the future.

As always, keep learning and researching.

11 Best Laptop Cooling Pads For Gaming And More In 2023

11 Best Laptop Cooling Pads For Gaming And More In 2023

If there's one thing every laptop owner knows, it's how hot their computer gets. Even the best gaming laptop CPUs can reach temperatures of 170 degrees Fahrenheit or more when gaming, and GPUs aren't far behind. If your laptop's ventilation system isn't good enough, even a simple game can turn your PC into a blast furnace.

Hot laptops are terrible to run, and over time, hot hardware degrades faster than cold hardware. That's why laptop cooling pads, flat trays with fans that circulate warm laptop air, are so popular.

Here are 11 of the best laptop cooling pads for gaming and other demanding applications, including some insights into how they work.

If you shop through our links, Insiders can earn affiliate commissions. Learn again

  • The TopMate C11 has six fans, RGB lighting, two USB ports, and a detachable phone case.

  • This high-quality metal cooling pad features two adjustable fans and an automatic temperature sensor.

  • The GT500's 5,000 rpm fan makes it one of the most powerful cooling pads on the market.

  • This slim cooling pad features dual fans, is slightly angled, and has an open design to aid in heat dissipation.

  • This stylish RGB cooling pad can cool down your laptop without making much noise.

  • The Massive 20 features adjustable RGB lighting and can support larger 18-inch laptops.

  • The TopMate C5 isn't the biggest pad on the market, but it's a powerful option with five fans and up to 2,500 rpm.

  • Unlike regular pads, Klim Cool is a "vacuum" fan that plugs into your laptop and blows out cool air.

  • This affordable Kutech pad has five fans and you can choose which one to run.

  • NotePal X3 has a large 200mm fan with a performance of only 23dB.

  • Available in three different colors, these Heavit pads each come with three fans and a sleek design.

Frequent questions

Do Laptop Cooling Pads Really Work?

Yes, but it depends on what you want. Tests show that the best laptop cooling pads can cool a laptop by around 5 to 10 degrees Fahrenheit, depending on performance. It's not critical, but it can make a difference over time. And if you tend to use your laptop directly on your lap, putting a mat underneath will protect your knees from burns.

On the other hand, there is little evidence that cooling pads help laptops run faster. A difference of a few degrees is not enough to significantly improve CPU or GPU performance.

Laptop cooling pads may make you more comfortable while gaming, but you can't rely on them to improve the performance of your laptop. And if your laptop is having problems with overheating, perhaps due to damaged air or dust, a cooling stand is only a temporary solution.

How much does a laptop cooling pad weigh?

You should expect most refrigerators to be between 20dB and 50dB. 50 dB is equivalent to a normal conversation between two people or the hum of a refrigerator. The more powerful the cooling pad fan is, the louder the sound will be.

Keep in mind that a cooling pad does not replace your laptop's internal fan. Thus, if your laptop's internal fans monitor cooling, you'll find two sets of fans making noise at the same time, doubling the volume.

What size of cooling pad should I buy?

Any cooler you buy should be at least large enough to fit in the base of your laptop. Your laptop shouldn't be tilted sideways or backwards, and it should be able to lay flat without shaking. In other words, a large cooling pad works in a small laptop, but not the other way around.

Cooling pads work best when the pad's fan is aligned with the laptop's vents. This usually means placing the laptop in the center of the pad, equidistant from each fan and/or directly above the center fan.

  • In keeping with its "Shop like a billionaire" advertising tagline, Temu has entered the Philippines with deep discounts and free shipping, with most products on local sites priced between PhP 50 and PhP 1,500 (between $0.88 and $27).
  • Based in Boston, Temu works closely with a number of third-party logistics providers for local deliveries. In the case of the Philippines, Chinese newspaper Jiemian reported that Indonesia-based J&T Express would oversee long-distance logistics.
  • Like its main competitor Shein, Temu uses the Chinese supply chain network to offer products at very low costs to international customers.
  • An earlier report by local media 36Kr quoted sources as saying that Temu's overall leak rate was around 60%, compared to Shein's four consecutive years.

Context: Southeast Asia's relatively low e-commerce penetration rate makes the region highly attractive for Chinese e-commerce companies, especially as they face slowing domestic growth.

  • Lazada, the online shopping platform that received a $1.1 billion investment from its parent company Alibaba this year, reported double-digit order growth in Southeast Asia in the June quarter. The Alibaba International Digital Commerce Group, of which the company is a part, grew revenues 41% year-over-year, making it one of the Chinese tech giant's top-performing segments.
  • TikTok plans to invest "a billion dollars" in Southeast Asia over the next few years, company CEO Shou Zi Chew said in June, as the ByteDance-owned short-video app gains more control in the States. United. Recent research by venture capital firm Momentum Works estimates that TikTok Shop will capture 13.2% of the e-commerce market share in Southeast Asia this year. This indicates that it is closing the gap to Lazada, which is expected to have a 17.7% market share this year. region in 2023.

Medicom Toy Kits The BE@RBICK Out In A Full Nike Tech Fleece Sweatsuit

Medicom Toy Kits The BE@RBICK Out In A Full Nike Tech Fleece Sweatsuit

10 years have passed since then Nike First, they revolutionized sportswear with the introduction of Tech Fleece, a thinner, more flexible, and breathable garment with a sporty look, as well as a more technical version of the classic fleece. Over the next decade, Tech Fleece became the go-to choice for Londoners, New Yorkers and even Drake, and every Nike Sportswear customer in between. But now, Tech Fleece is entering a new realm: the BE@RBRICK marketplace. Medicom Toy will be releasing the new BE@RBRICK in a heather gray Tech Fleece colorway that pays homage to the original styling of the 2013 Tech Fleece jersey colorway.

The one-piece is offered in 1000%, 400% and 100% sizes, with the two larger versions sporting ear-stitched technical fleece and functional zips. If Tech Fleece wasn't enough, the 1000% and 400% also have the same suits printed directly on the body (layering Tech Fleece isn't like wearing a turtleneck in the 2000s, but not much different). Numbers, on the other hand, forgo 100% native settings in favor of self-printing directly on the body. It's hard to tell which shoes you're wearing in the photo, but the colorway suggests that the Air Max 1 may have a college red colorway.

If you want to own one of these unique characters, they will be available at Japanese retailers in the coming weeks. Global release information has not been announced yet. The 1000% figures retail for JPY 74,800 (approx. US$516.42), while the 400% and 100% figures sell for a set of JPY 24,200 (approx. US$167.08).

One Match After Recording A Hat Trick, Striker Ashleigh Williams Recorded Her Third Straight Multiple Goal Game

One Match After Recording A Hat Trick, Striker Ashleigh Williams Recorded Her Third Straight Multiple Goal Game

LUBBOCK, TX (Press Release) - Thanks to another double from junior Ashley Williams, the Texas Tech Red Raiders cruised to a 3-0 win over Utah State on Sunday afternoon at the John Walker Soccer Complex.

The match was originally scheduled for 7pm under floodlights, but due to the weather, the match was moved to the afternoon.

Texas Tech (3-0-1) was unstoppable in the early going and got off to a good start as sophomore Kyle Bahr hit a shot down the left sideline.

With Utah State (1-3) in the game's first minute, Bahr drove into the penalty area and sent a perfect shot that hit the wide Williams team. The youngster hit the ball into the net and scored his sixth goal of the season.

Her goal just 71 seconds into the game gave Tech a 1-0 lead.

Sunday's game ended in a 1-0 tie until substitute Caitlin Giametta started a strong winning streak. 3 minutes into the game, Giametta deflected a corner kick by USAF goalkeeper Dera Walton.

Newcomer Sam Cortright served up the ball as Hannah Anderson headed into the penalty area after the ball went wide again for a corner.

Andersen headed the ball back to Williams, who put the ball back for his fifth goal of the afternoon, his fifth of the week and his seventh of the season.

He leads the nation with seven goals on matchday.

Tech went into halftime down two goals and led 2-0 in the final ten minutes before going into halftime.

Utah's Ryan Jonah made a save on Madison White's first goal for the Aggies, and the Red Raiders answered the threat with a quick third goal.

As he has done all season, Massey's perfect run down the right flank troubled Blackburn. Defender Alex Kern found the ball wide open and made a perfect save. Kerr tries a cross from the back which is denied by the Agios defenders.

But the spotlight fell squarely on Gisele Kozarski, who scored Walton's first goal.

Kozarski's goal gave the Red Raiders a 3-0 lead after 28 minutes.

In the final third of the game, Tech took control and Utah State managed only one shot (88th minute).

The win snapped Tech's undefeated streak this season and extended an eight-game unbeaten streak into Thursday's game against UNT. The Red Raiders are now 4-0 in their last four home games of the 2022 season and still have to fall behind in 2023.

As usual in her career, goalkeeper Madison White was strong in the win, posting her 28th career clean sheet, just shy of the Victoria Eagles' program record. Tech's sixth guard, who has 200 career saves, made three saves.

With two goals this afternoon, Williams scored his 23rd and 24th career goals, moving the Allen native into seventh all-time on Tech's all-time leaderboard. With his four points today, Williams became the tenth Red Raider to score 50 points in his career.

As mentioned earlier, Williams has scored seven goals in four games this season and has scored 16 goals in the last 14 games.

Coach Tom Stone:

"I thought our girls handled the time change really well. I think they were happy to be in the building. They didn't want to wait all day to play. So I think we did a good job of that. I thought we were. They're excited and ready to go." On Sunday games, 1pm, that's it. Indirectly this has been a good result for us. We won, we had to play in hot and difficult conditions and the girls were satisfied after the victory on Sunday.

About Ashley Williams:

“For him, it's just progress from senior year [of high school], freshman year of college, sophomore year to senior year. This is a true test of whether a college athlete can improve each year because it's easy to tell when it will. Start and who is going to play with me. Because last year I scored nine goals. So he could have brought the same player that he had last year, but he didn't. He wanted to know more and came to ask more questions. Physically he's good so let's see how he can improve. The problem is that Ashley is physically very strong and if he gets into certain areas and when he gets up to speed, it takes a lot of defensive play to stop him from finishing crosses. So we're happy. Because he did it the old fashioned way. He got his success and worked hard. We hope it continues this way.

This year's teams' ability to win in a draw:-

I think it's the maturity of a lot of our upperclassmen. "From the beginning, they were saying, 'Guys, we played a lot of games last year. Our attitude was that we could turn any of them into a W. That's what we lost last year. We were ahead in every game. You're happy with that, but we were. The dominant team in all those games and we said we can't do that this year. We'll definitely have someone else. It's a 20-game season but it's a good, tough draw and hopefully not what happened last year. But at the same time we We're not a team. We've got seven freshmen, we've got those other freshmen, we've got Macy Blackburn again, we've got three 5th graders. We're not last year's team. Every team is a new journey, and every season is different. It's easy to say, 'We'll do it again,' but if you're going to do it again, you have to. It's different, it's never going to be the same. I like the identity of this team, it's growing and we'll see if we can continue that as the season goes on."

It is the following.

The Red Raiders continue their five-game homestand Thursday night when North Texas travels to the John Walker Soccer Complex. Code Red's first match is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m.

Rashid Khan's brilliant hat-trick! 🤩
