Fresh Samsung Galaxy Watch 6 Leak Reveals The Smartwatch Designs In Full

The Samsung Galaxy Watch 6 and Galaxy Watch 6 Classic could be in our hands by the end of July, and thanks to some leaked promotional images, we now have a good idea of what the two models will look like.

They come courtesy of the usually reliable WinFuture (via XDA Developers) and show off the two smartwatches from nearly every angle and in a variety of colors. Samsung Galaxy Watch traditionalists will appreciate the return of the rotating bezel on the classic model.

The standard Galaxy Watch 6 will be available in black, silver, and beige, and according to WinFuture, the same colors (and a few more) will be offered for other Samsung products to be unveiled at the Unpacked event in late July. . For example, consider the Galaxy Z Fold 5 and the Galaxy Tab S9.

As for the Galaxy Watch 6 Classic, we'll only have black and silver in this particular leak, but more may be available at launch. Samsung may offer different colors in different regions or have some exclusive colors from its online direct order store.

According to WinFuture, the dimensions of the Galaxy Watch 6 remain the same, with 40mm or 44mm sizes available, but slightly larger OLED screens. Also, they should be made from scratch resistant sapphire crystal.

The Galaxy Watch 6 Classic is said to measure 43mm and 47mm due to the rotating bezel. We're also expecting a leather strap option for this pricier model. Both the standard and classic models are water resistant to a depth of 50 metres.

You may recall that the Galaxy Watch 4 had standard and classic variants, while last year we got the Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 and Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 Pro, both of which lack a rotating bezel for navigating menus and features. At least according to this leak, it looks like the classic brand will return in 2023.

All will be revealed in just over a month - we expect the next big Samsung Unpacked show to take place in the last week of July. As for Galaxy Watch updates, expect new health tracking features and a faster processor.
